The export sales process may vary depending on the product category and transaction structure. In general, our commercial activities are divided into two mainA sectors: petroleum derivatives and energy carriers such as LPG, butane, propane, jet fuel, and related products on one side, and petrochemical products including polymers and chemical raw materials on the other.

To receive product information, pricing, availability, technical specifications, and commercial terms, buyers are invited to contact our sales department through the inquiry form or by email. Buyers are welcome to contact us via WhatsApp message or direct call for quick coordination and easier access to product information, pricing, and supply terms.

For serious bulk purchase negotiations and formal order processing, buyers may later be requested to submit an official LOI (Letter of Intent) on company letterhead with authorized signature and stamp. Depending on the product type and transaction procedure, additional financial documentation such as a BCL (Bank Comfort Letter) may also be requested during advanced negotiation stages.

Initial communication through WhatsApp is acceptable for preliminary discussions and coordination. However, for official quotations, commercial documentation, and order follow-up, communication via corporate email is strongly recommended.
