PVC E7544M is a high molecular weight polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymer produced via the emulsion process. This resin is designed for plastisols with medium viscosity, exhibiting medium viscosity at low shear rates and a pseudo-dilatant behavior at high shear rates (with a plasticizer ratio of 40 to 60 PHR).

Rheological Behavior and Processability:

Its pseudo-dilatant behavior at high shear rates allows for more controlled spray patterns in fast coating processes, while the maintained viscosity at low shear rates helps prevent sedimentation of components and fillers during storage.
