By decision of the Board of Directors, the Sales Manager is required to receive an LOI for inquiries.
The LOI helps clarify the customer’s exact request and allows us to provide a more accurate response and focus on customers who are likely to be more eager to buy
Therefore, in the meeting held on February 5, 2025, the sales department was instructed to request LOIs from those inquiring about petrochemical products.
The LOI must be on the buyer’s letterhead, stamped, and signed. It should be sent to the email address sales@alkimia.am.
Some exceptions have been considered, such as:
- Customers who have made successful purchases this year.
- Inquiries that do not require us to inquire from the petrochemical company.
- Inquiries from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Iran’s trade advisors in other countries.
These decisions are made out of respect for our end customers. We look forward to future cooperation.
